All orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. All drops are premade unless specified otherwise. Delivery depends on the selected route and provider chosen at checkout. For domestic, please expect 2-7 business days. For international, anywhere from 3-14 business days.

Returns are handled on a case to case basis. All sales are final on our products due to the drop nature. If your product is defective, please reach out to us at support@independentnotion.com to get your return started. Exchanges can only be provided if the size you are wanting to exchange to is available and in stock. The customer provides the shipping to send the item back to us for an exchange. Because our drops are high in demand, we recommend thoroughly reading the size chart provided to avoid the risk of not being able to exchange.
